The Suns They Changed

The Suns They Changed is a fairly straight forward science-fiction I’ve been writing since late 2018. The premise is that, in an universe that long since has had nothing but peace, conflict on an incomprehensible scale returns to swallow mankind whole.

I take inspiration from the New Wave of science fiction (60s through the 70s), and some of my favorite authors of the time (PKD, FH, AB). Also influenced by space operas Anime from the late 70s and throughout the 80s (Tomino, Takahashi).

Countless human tribes mobilize on excluded dying worlds which border the impenetrable crystal sphere that holds a galaxy of gilded worlds.

They pose to overthrow the balance at any cost. Countless legions are driven by the promises by their leaders and by an ambiguous and shadowy leader, who no one has seen.

Can the actions of just mere men change the outcome of an entire universe? Or will the grains merely be swept about and lost by the events yet to unfold?

The story follows certain individuals from these tribes, and their part to play in the universe’s soon to be changing tide.
